Smithfield One, a new build asset owned by Stoke-on-Trent City Council, required some refurbishment in order to suit the requirements of now occupants of the building. Oaklands works package included supply and install of a bespoke reception desk, replacement doorsets, partitioning, carpet tiles and associated refurbishment works
