Working with Seddon, Oakland Joinery were appointed as labour only subcontractor to complete 1st and 2nd fix joinery. The scheme consisted of 2 new build sites: ‘Workshop’ 65 apartments & 28 houses and ‘A & B Local Centre’ 44 apartments. The newbuild site will be available as an assisted living elderly facility.
